Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions
All 3Q products come with a limited warranty. This includes the repair or replacement and ongoing support of your unit.
What is covered
- Your product is covered by a warranty against original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
In the remote case of any sort of malfunction we will replace the product with a brand new unit or repair the product within the warranty period at our discretion.
The original dated purchase receipt must be retained as proof of purchase and submitted upon request by our Customer Service for replacement or repair processing. - This warranty provides, at no cost to you, all labor and parts necessary to ensure your machine is in proper operating condition during the warranty period.
What is not covered
- This warranty does not cover damage due to accident, fire and/or other Acts of God; misuse, incorrect line voltage, damaged by improper installation, unauthorized repairs.
- Customer adjustments and failure to follow operating instructions, cleaning, maintenance and environmental instructions that are stated and prescribed in the user’s manual are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
Summary of coverage
- The limited warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase, or date of delivery (whichever is later). You must provide proof of (both the original and any subsequent) delivery/purchase before any work can be carried out on your product. Without this proof, any work carried out may be chargeable. Keep your receipt or delivery note.
- All work will be carried out by our Service Department or Authorized Dealer.
- The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty will not extend the period of warranty. However, your warranty will be extended for any time your machine is being repaired or retained for work being performed under the warranty.
How to obtain warranty service
- If you have any questions regarding this warranty or would like to obtain warranty service, please contact our Service Department with your order number, model number, date and place of purchase and/or delivery.
- Please keep your purchase and delivery receipts in a safe place to ensure that you have this information.
